交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆是采用化学方法或物理方法,使聚乙烯分子由线型分子结构转变为三维网状结构,由热塑性的聚乙烯变成热固性的交联聚乙烯,从而提高了聚乙烯的耐老化性能、机械性能和耐环境能力，并保持了优良的电气性能。
交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆导体的允许长期高温为90摄氏度，较低绝缘电缆、聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆和聚乙烯绝缘电缆高，且具有重量轻、结构简单、使用方便、耐化学腐蚀和敷设不受落差限制等优点。

本产品适用于工频额定电压3.6/6kv～26/35kv输配电线路作配送电能子用。

· 电缆导体的高允许工作温度：90℃。
Max.admissible operating temperature of the conductor:90℃.
· 短路时（长时间不超过5s）电缆导体的高温度不超过2500C。
Max. short-circurt temperature of conductor shall not exceed 2500C.

· 电缆的额定电压应适合于电缆系统的运行状况，用U0/U（Um）kv表示。
U0－电缆设计用的导体对地或金属屏蔽之间的额定工频电压；
U－电缆设计用的导体间的额定工频电压；
Um－设备可承受的“高系统电压”的大值。

Where:
U0－The rated power-frequency voltage between conductors and earth metallic screen ,for which the cable designed;
U － The rated power-frequency voltage between conductos, for which the cable designed;
Um－ The maximum value of the“highest system voltage”for which the equipment may beused.

一、产品标准
本产品按GB9330《塑料绝缘控制电缆》，IEC60227《额定电压450/750V及以下聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆》以及IEC60502《额定电压1-30kV挤包绝缘电力电缆及附件》等标准制造。

二、适用范围
聚氯乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套控制电缆适用于额定电压450/750V及以下或0.6/1kV及以下控制、信号、保护及测量系统接线之用。

三、使用特性
●工频额定电压Uo/U为450/750V或0.6/1kV。
●电缆导体的允许长期工作温度为70℃。
●电缆敷设时环境温度应不低于0℃，若环境温低于0℃时，应对电缆进行预热。
●电缆的允许弯曲半径如下：
    无铠装电缆，应不低于电缆外径的6倍；
    铠装或铜带屏蔽电缆，应不低于电缆外径的12倍；
    屏蔽软电缆，应不低于电缆外径的6倍。
